No, HV is not use in professional writting, academic or formal writing. In these types of settings, it is likely to be clear and professional to use complete words such as have, has. Abbreviations in resumes, emails, or assignments such as HV may appear to be an irresponsible way of writing. HV is better to be used only in an informal level when communicating with friends or peers who can grasp what a texting shorthand means.
