Is it possible to pass without math skills?

I am finishing my degree and I have to write a huge final paper with data analysis. I chose a really hard topic on market trends but I am completely lost with the statistics. I have been watching videos on SPSS for hours and nothing makes sense. The panic is getting so bad that I honestly looked for dissertation statistics help just to save my sanity. Does anyone else feel like they are bad at math?
